Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Liaise with respective departments and hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, and terms & conditions.
- Apply for work passes and liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass-related issues.
- Build rapport with schools and manage internship, traineeship, and scholarship programs.
- Analyze HR-related data and conduct salary benchmarking.
- Prepare monthly reports on HR initiatives for management review.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines.
- Experience in recruitment in-house or in an agency setting to handle a high volume of candidates.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle all levels of staff.
- Resourceful, highly initiative with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff.
- Effective team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
