What you will be working on:
Project/Grant Management
• Administer grants from Parent Ministry as well as programmes/project funding from different agencies. These include the submission of claims, tracking of budget and utilisation, ensuring usage of grants according to terms and conditions.
• Prepare periodic grant claim submissions, financial reports and analysis according to both external and internal requirements.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, internal stakeholders and auditors on grant submissions and audit certifications.
• Provide financial advisory and support to project team and project managers.
Automation/ Dashboard
• Collaborating with the internal stakeholders to plan and design automated processes using different tools such as Microsoft Power Platform to increase efficiency
• Support finance users in reporting needs including creation and maintenance of financial dashboards.
• Deliver training and assistance to teams for the adoption of new automated processes and systems.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
• Qualification in suitable disciplines including Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or Engineering.
• Experience in project/grants management, financial data analytics, including data visualisation and statistical analysis.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and automation/data visualisation tools.
• Experience in Workday system will be advantageous
• Good communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills
• Able to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet deadlines
