Description
The Job
- Maintain and conduct routine building inspections to pinpoint safety concerns.
- Repair and maintain corrective repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
- Perform general repair works such as painting, patching of walls, sanitary, mechanical and electrical.
The Talent
- Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
- Willing to work weekends and shifts
- Work at Height Certificate would be an advantage
- Proficient in Building M&E
