Job Responsibilities:
· Providing PM/BA support for front to back control reviews (futures & derivatives clearing)
· Delivery of business analysis to provide solutions for business needs
· Performing of root cause analysis and documenting in the system
· Support ops team with identifying and remediating control gaps
· Assessing and managing of risk issues
· Working with internal stakeholders and business leaders to define requirements
· Reviewing and documenting of processes
· Market research and presenting it to stakeholders
· Translating of requirements for internal stakeholders and users
· Participating in the new system implementation
· Carrying out UAT testing and functional design
· Understanding of company’s report requirements and identifying commonality
· Working with internal teams to adhere to internal regulatory requirements
· Highlighting of key risks and challenges
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 6 years of bank related experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
