· Convert sample into end use products
· To prepare applications sample for perfumers, marketing, SDM according to standard lab protocol to ensure that samples are done in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of IFF internal customers and external customers
· To prepare consumer test samples and liaise with FDS on logistic details
· To ensure that the priorities are set and agreed with the Regional Application Manager
· To maintain accurate records of work in progress, records results with respect to status of on-going work for internal and external customers
· To assist to manage and maintain raw materials inventories and database for the development and sample making labs
· To keep inventory and formulate in- House base when required
· To maintain all laboratory equipment and tools in proper working conditions
· To maintain stock of all Laboratory supplies for daily use.
· To Maintain good Housekeeping in the laboratory
· To be able to use SAP tools to open and close task, to register and generate base no and update base stock
· To guide new interns on board with sample preparation protocol
