Scope of work and responsibilities
- Handle full scope of corporate secretarial work.
- Perform statutory filings, e-stamping with IRAS, handle internal and external regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all company documentation on file, e.g. board resolutions, registers, incorporation documents, statutory documents, etc.
- Assist with new company incorporations and winding down.
- Assist with standardisation, documentation, and automation of processes.
- Monitoring deadlines and managing file and database records system and ensure internal folders are maintained and updated timely
Requirements
- Degree or other professional qualification in related discipline
- Good knowledge of Companies Act and ACRA requirements
- 2-5 years corporate secretarial experience in a corporate secretarial firm, law firm or listed company
- Meticulous and detail oriented with effective time management skills
