Job Description:
- Manage operations for oily wastewater treatment, liquid waste transfer, and flammable liquid storage.
- Review and improve operational processes regularly, collaborating with facility PSM for execution.
- Assist Operations Directors in monitoring safe flow and backlog of TIW waste by coordinating with various departments.
- Optimize manpower and equipment resources to enhance productivity and efficiency while controlling costs effectively.
- Ensure department staff are trained in SOPs, risk assessments (RA), safety procedures (Take5), and maintain compliance.
- Compile and update monthly reports for management on costs, productivity, quality, nonconformance, etc.
- Maintain ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard operating procedures (SOPs) documentation.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings to organize activities and brief staff on operational and EHSQ topics.
- Participate in the EHS committee.
- Prepare annual plant operations and maintenance budgets, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of pumps/equipment related to unloading and ensure safety devices and instruments are regularly maintained.
- Update and maintain equipment failure analysis and troubleshooting manuals, ensuring staff training is up-to-date.
- Lead monthly TIW stock counts and operations paperless projects.
- Coordinate emergency response teams for spills and fires, liaising with EHS department for training and equipment upkeep, and conducting regular drills.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in chemical/chemical engineering related, with at least 2 years of process engineering in chemical industry
- Good computer knowledge
- Dynamic personnel with good communication skill
