Job Description
- To coordinate work with Production Director, Project Director, Project Managers and supporting team in a team setting;
- To conduct / coordinate / assess site survey and report of site constraints to the client, main contractor and internal project team members, necessary for our work to integrate with site situations;
- To prepare and submit documentation such as Permit To Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), method of statement and other necessary documentation that are required by the site and for safety records;
- To oversee and ensuring site safety & workers compliance to safety at work;
- To attend the company’s ISO45000 safety committee meeting and to advise/carry out safety measures, toolbox meetings, safety meetings that adhere to the safety ruling of MOM and any relevant authorities or work site HSE team requirements;
- Identify and propose solutions to any safety near misses and/or new issues;
- Able to keep the Company/Team up to date with industrial safety requirements;
- To effectively interact and coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and to lead by example with a “can-do” and initiative attitude in managing multiple on-going projects or tasks assigned;
- Cultivate, develop and manage relationships with colleagues and workers as well as clients and potential clients to ensure optimum benefit for the company/group; and
- Perform other tasks and assignments as may be delegated.
Requirements
- At least a good secondary education and those with professional certification or diploma in any discipline will have an added advantage;
- Posses min Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent;
- 3 years of relevant work experience in any industry and preference will be given to candidates with working experience in interior design, construction or signage and display systems sectors;
- Able to manage a few job sites at the same time;
- Able to read architectural drawings;
- Adaptive to versatile working hours;
- Knowledge & Involvement in ISO45000 an advantage; and
- Procession of personal vehicles an advantage
