Marketing Analyst Executive
- Salary: $3,000 – $3,800
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
- Location: Alexandra Road (Near to Labrador Park MRT)
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and maintain a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates.
- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms using scheduling tools.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
- Liaise with creative team for overall conceptualization and production of marketing materials and projects
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Lead Distribution
- Manage and distribute leads to the customer service team, including one weekend (with off in lieu hours given).
- Ensure timely and accurate lead distribution, maintaining detailed records of lead distribution and follow-up actions.
- Influencer Partnership Management
- Identify and research potential social media influencers aligned with the brand's target audience and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating terms and agreements for collaboration.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring content creation, posting schedules, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Competitor Analysis and Market Research
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand market trends and strategies.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
- Collect and analyze data to understand customer preferences and trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on competitor analysis and market research.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports on social media and influencer campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate and communicate competitor presence and activities on offline & online mediums
- Manage and analyze ongoing paid media programs to meet Marketing goals
- Timely report performance and action plans to the Management
Collaboration and Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality content creation.
- Liaise with influencers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for successful campaign execution.
- Work closely with Manager on developing initiatives
- Forward planning for performance marketing, advertising, partnership and events.
Trend and Platform Awareness
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and creativity in content and influencer strategies.
Others
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- Good project management skills
