1. Responsible for routine analytical testing for Raw materials/ Intermediates/ Semi finished product/ Finished product as per SOP and reporting.
2. Responsible to handle analytical instruments calibration and troubleshooting like HPLC, FTIR, UV, Dissolution, Autotitrator, etc.
3. Train new or existing QC personnel according to training procedure.
4. Responsible to carry out Method Validation, Method Development, Process Validation tests and Dissolution profile.
5. Monitoring of Stability samples and conducting Stability study testing.
6. Responsible to prepare Secondary Working standards.
7. Responsible for QC documents preparation like draft SOP, registration document preparation, CoA & CoQ preparation.
8. Responsible to investigate OOS results and reporting to QC Executive
9. Responsible to check all deviation in QC testing and investigation & reporting.
10. Responsible to check all analytical data’s/ BMR.
11. Responsible for dispensing checking (Dispensing material weight checking).
12. Responsible to Housekeeping and Maintain clean.
13. If Qualified Chemist / Asst. Chemist or trained in microbiology responsible to carry out Microbiology test.
14. Report any non-conformities behavior according to GMP standards.
15. Be well-trained in GMP standards.
16. During QC Executive absence senior Chemist/Asst. chemist should be a responsible for QC Executive duties.
