Responsibilities
- Shipping Documentation: Manage and verify large volumes of shipping documents for compliance and audit purposes.
- Switched Documents: Ensure accurate and complete switched shipping documents are e-filed for purchase, sales recognition, and auditing.
- Invoice Verification: Check and submit non-trading and payment Navision invoices to accounting.
- Invoice Dispatch: Dispatch authorized Navision invoices to the correct parties.
- Insurance and Freight: Verify monthly insurance declarations and operational freight invoices for accuracy.
- GST Classification: Ensure correct GST classifications for accounting reports.
- Financial Follow-up: Communicate and follow up on overdue accounts, manage fixed asset status, and implement new initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of Logistics experience - handling import & export shipping documentation
- Possess foundational knowledge in Trade Compliance
- Proficient in Ms Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and reporting
- Comfortable to go on business trips (mainly across ASEAN countries)
