Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documents related to raw materials, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Lab Test Reports, Health Certificates, Invoices, Bills of Lading, Permits, and SFA lists, and send them to the Quality team.
- Navision System Management:
- Update COA specifications in Navision.
- Modify raw material “BA” codes as needed.
- Update cargo status after sampling is completed.
- Convert lot numbers/item codes for stuffing balance if required.
- Cover receptionist duties as needed.
- Perform any other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar or relevant roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
