The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to a busy executive. The Personal Assistant will work closely with the executive to manage daily schedules, handle correspondence, arrange travel, maintain personal finances, and ensure the smooth running of their professional and personal life. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of the executive to ensure their time is used efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinate with other stakeholders.
  • Communication: Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Financial Management: Handle personal finances, including expense reports, bill payments, and budget tracking.
  • Organization: Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Research: Conduct research on various topics as requested, compile reports, and prepare presentations.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing personal events, dinners, and gatherings.
  • Task Delegation: Liaise with household staff and external service providers as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and personal errands as required.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic financial management tools.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
