Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing/plan inventory stock level requirements (Suppliers/Customers)
- Handle incoming & outgoing shipment for local/overseas purchase order
- Overseeing the incoming shipment, delivery of goods to customers and liaising with local suppliers
- Provide administrative support to sales and management team by generating and maintaining stock reports
- Coordinate with forwarder on import/export documentation
- Maintain proper filing of documents, warehouse logs and records
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel & Word and system savvy
- Willing to learn and adaptable to changes
- Able to work well in a team environment and independently
- Detail-oriented and positive work attitude
- Possess verbal and written communication skills
