Job Description
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Present comprehensive project reports.
• Manage resource allocation and monitor project progress for reporting to directors.
• Attending site meetings, reviewing construction drawings, and coordinating with consultants.
• Lead project staff, delegate tasks, and ensure on-site work meets specifications.
• Resolve team conflicts and support team members.
• Coordinate sub-contractor activities and maintain project schedule.
• Analyze project team reports and address issues as they arise.
• Implement project changes to achieve goals.
• Communicate work progress to stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Handle additional assignments as needed.
Requirement:
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Diploma/certificate or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in commercial fit-outs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Class 3 Driving License, preferably with own transport.
• Good communication skills with all project team levels.
