We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
The salary range is $3,000 to $6,000
