Job Responsibilities :
- To support GIRO DDA ( Giro Direct Debit Authorization) Servicing BAU activities while other experienced permanent staff can be deployed to support UAT testing, preparation of user requirement, defect management and project implementation.
- Perform data entry for maintenance (amendment & termination) relating to GIRO, Standing Instruction, Credit Card and DDA Maintenance
- Ensure request are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time
- Process service request relating to erroneous fund transfer
- Timely update of reporting & statistical/volume tracker and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal SOP
Job Requirement:-
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- Able to work independently, fast and accurate
- Basic knowledge of PC and internet security
- Microsoft word, access & excel skills
