Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensures that the Manufacturing and Quality systems are followed by the department personnel
- Ensures safe working and good housekeeping practices through the implementation of the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) programs
- Gathers data and generates reports suitable for analyzing purposes
- Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
- Monitor production status & coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete work order for on-time delivery
- Review work order schedule and determine priorities & schedule to ensure on-time delivery
- Evaluate all aspects of the manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency & productivity
- Ensures smoothness in daily operations of department, including others
- Monitors and updates on the operations' wastages (time & material)
- Develop and implement new and improved methods for optimizing the use of equipment, materials and manpower.
- Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment, track inventory, and maintain purchase records.
Experience, Qualification & Education
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
OR - 2 years of relevant experience

- Ability to propose solutions in the event of hasty situation
- Bilingual both in English and Mandarin to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Good visual acuity and color vision
