Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for procurement of services as well as management of services and projects from inception, execution, and completion.
- Provide administrative and operations support.
- Manage operations and systems as well as review and improve the functional units of the department.
- Ensure timely review of service/lease/license contract terms and conditions and costs of services/contracts.
- Assist with the department’s logistics, equipment and services including procurement, inventory, payments and records management.
- Assist with the review and updating of the department’s policy, SOP documents, training plans for staff, emergency response plan for the department and financial budgeting.
- Review requirements and work specifications.
- Work with the various functions to manage and review the feedback/incidents and ensure corrective action and necessary follow-up
- Work with various stakeholders to initiate different types of projects (A&A, Rejuvenation, Improvement) and supervise their implementation.
- Work closely with internal departments/clinics and external agencies to coordinate operations, compliances and collaborative partnerships.
- Any other duties as specified by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Facilities management background preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency and relevant experience in project management in the engineering sector (experience in contract management, processing claims for contractors)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, M365, Autodesk Viewer and data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau
- Dynamic and motivated with a keen interest in continuous improvements and work excellence
