- Liaise and work with solution providers to set up and troubleshoot the IT systems hardware in the Data Centre environment.
- Planning and executing system administration, installation, deployment, testing and commissioning.
- Generate documentation. (Maintenance Reports, checklist etc..)
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, maintenance activities, and problem resolution.
- Create and update technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
- Work closely with project team and external customers to plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance projects.
- Conduct maintenance for VA servers and network Equipment and Cameras
- Standby 24/7 for Maintenance fault response.
- Respond to user-reported IT issues and provide timely technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
- Update and patch operating systems, software applications, and drivers to maintain security and performance. (Windows Server, RHEL)
- Monitor and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance and appropriate usage.
- Implement security best practices to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
