The Role:
- Design and implementation of the organisations’ culture change, engagement, and Diversity, Equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy
- Create roadmap centered around Culture and Engagement initiatives
- Design and oversee the on-boarding experience to enhance assimilation and engagement
- Recommend approaches for employee surveys and implement action plans based on Pulse Surveys and eNPS
- Partner with Corporate Communications Team to promote employer branding and corporate culture to external audience
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee communications
- Lead enterprise-wide culture change initiatives
- Develop strategy and programs to reduce turnover, increase productivity and enhance employee experience
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team in recruitment branding and communication campaigns Create programs that align initiatives to promote engagement, diversity and inclusion
- Measure impact and progress of core programs and make recommendations based on results for future areas of focus
The Person:
- Possess a Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- Possess at least 8 years of related HR experience with a focus on culture, employee engagement and employee experience, with previous experience in leading a team
- Prior experience in designing and deploying employee surveys and/or facilitation of company-wide post survey action planning
- Prior experience in implementing engagement and change programs, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
- Excellent change management and leadership skills
- Ability to lead innovative and/or transformative projects and strives for continuous improvements
