The HR Support is responsible for performing HR duties at a professional level and will work closely with the HR Department Personnel.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, employee relations as well as training and development.

  • Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department
  • Provide assistance with recruitment such as posting of job advertisements, phone call interviews, scheduling interviews etc.
  • Assist with the onboarding process such as carrying out the new staff orientation program, introducing the new hire to current employees, preparation of documents etc.
  • Maintains and update HR Database
  • Assist with the offboarding process such as exit interview, clearance for the worker, signing of documents
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes for foreign workers
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
  • Arranging of classes/courses for newly hired employees
  • Planning of company events such as Chinese New Year, Christmas etc
  • Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
  • Keeping updated with the latest local HR news and regulations

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field would be preferred.
  • No work experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated, team player with good people skills
  • High level of discretion with company confidential material
  • Singaporean/ Singapore PR as Singpass is required
