The HR Support is responsible for performing HR duties at a professional level and will work closely with the HR Department Personnel.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, employee relations as well as training and development.
- Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department
- Provide assistance with recruitment such as posting of job advertisements, phone call interviews, scheduling interviews etc.
- Assist with the onboarding process such as carrying out the new staff orientation program, introducing the new hire to current employees, preparation of documents etc.
- Maintains and update HR Database
- Assist with the offboarding process such as exit interview, clearance for the worker, signing of documents
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes for foreign workers
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
- Arranging of classes/courses for newly hired employees
- Planning of company events such as Chinese New Year, Christmas etc
- Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Keeping updated with the latest local HR news and regulations
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field would be preferred.
- No work experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Excel and Word
- Self-motivated, team player with good people skills
- High level of discretion with company confidential material
- Singaporean/ Singapore PR as Singpass is required
