Role:
- Perform full spectrum of HR except payroll
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Admin & HR Director
- Drive HRIS project
- Implement HR Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle
- Facilitate the performance management process
- Monitor employee relation matters; promote effective communications and enhance working relationship
- Monitor and understand employee training needs
- Other HR projects and ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
