Human Resource Intern

Position Overview: As an Employee Experience and Communications Intern, you will play an integral role in shaping and ensuring a positive and impactful employee experience in Temus.

This position provides a unique opportunity for you to collaborate with the People Team and partner our various Centres of Excellence (COE) to brainstorm and implement various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the satisfaction and professional growth of our employees.


Employee Experience Enhancement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in the current onboarding process and propose innovative ideas to digitalize and transform it into a distinct and compelling experience for our new employees
  • Research, recommend and implement fresh ideas to encourage continuous learning, enabling our talents to build critical technical, people and leadership capabilities to stay ahead of the curve
  • Explore, propose and execute creative ways to engage our employees and foster a positive work environment

Internal Communication and Branding:

  • Develop internal communication and branding strategies to effectively communicate the roll-out of our employee experience initiatives
  • Create creative assets (such as graphic illustrations, templates, and video production) to enhance our employee experience initiatives and ensure sustainability for future employee communications

Required Skills:

  • Pursuing an education in preferably business, human resources, marketing, communications OR other relevant studies
  • Communication skills: strong communication skills for day-to-day work with executives; good business writing & presentation skills; being proactive and self-organised.
  • Proficient and well-versed in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Gamma, and etc.
  • Able to commit full time for at least 6 months.
