The Content Writer is responsible for contributing to the company’s content platforms and publications. Your primary goal will be to craft compelling print and digital content that resonates with our diverse target audiences, aligning closely with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing engaging content that drives readership and social engagement across both print and online platforms.
- Take charge of the production process for our in-house publications, targeting Junior College, Polytechnic, and University students as well as fresh graduates.
- Conduct face-to-face interviews to craft editorial articles.
- Curate topics, develop story angles and create an editorial calendar for our blog content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide articles and visuals for social media platforms.
- Assist in reviewing content for ad-hoc marketing collaterals related to our products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with copywriting experience, particularly in advertorials.
- Proficiency in writing, editing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in drafting and editing articles for various platforms including, publications, marketing materials, eNewsletters, press releases, social media
- Ability to work under and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with managing freelancers is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated and creative. Ability to work independently and within a team.
