Job Description
- IT Engineer to support customer storage projects, including delivery and change solution review and major issue management
- Plan and design storage technical solutions and communicate with customers such as storage related back up disaster recovery technical solution low level design and service delivery plan
- To implement storage related solutions succesfully including storage configuration data migration storage disaster provisioning
- To manage storage system and support routine maintenance include patch upgrades and routine changes
- Working in Project Environment assist in facilitating Project Management and Completion
Requirements
- At least 3 year experience with Mainstream Vendors in SAN Storage Environment
- Must have experience is storage with configuration experience
- Data migration relating to storage experience is critical
- Experience in disaster recovery and back up solutions and data migration solutions for storage
- Basic understanding of OS concepts Windows, Linux Unix Systems
- Excellent written and communication skills with strong focus in customer management and multitasking skills.
- Degree in IT preferred, Diploma with relevant experience will be considered
