The POS tester will report to QA Lead. He/She will participate in terminal testing and support as part of solution delivery, to enable payment between Merchant and Consumer with terminal. He/She will be responsible to ensure quality software delivered and support documentation required as part of testing and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to follow and execute pre-defined test cases
- Identify software issue when the result is not as expected outcome, document the steps and report the issues / bugs to QA Lead/ Developer.
- Document and capture test result for reporting and documentation
- Collaborate with a team of testers
- Perform other testing related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or any related courses
- Have basic computing skills and able to operate word / excel documents
- Detail oriented and proactive
- Good communication skills and able to present information effectively
- Basic experience with software testing and quality assurance would be advantageous
