Project Admin / Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotes, sales and purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Prepare and submit project progress claim.
  • Arrange and monitor deliveries, shipments, and project timelines.
  • Manage project-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide administrative support to project team members as needed.
  • Assist with routine office duties and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Handle various tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, project documentation and schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
