HR Technology Lead

Position Summary:

The HR Technology Lead is responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors to support our operations in the APAC region. This role reports directly to the Global Head of HR Technology and acts as the primary point of contact for the APAC People, Organization and Culture teams, ensuring alignment with global HR technology strategies and standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

  • Supports the regional deployment of Avolta’s SuccessFactors solution in collaboration with the global team.
  • Manages the localization of Avolta’s SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, etc.) to meet regional requirements.
  • Manages the local integration of SuccessFactors with other local third-party applications, i.e. Payroll and Time systems.
  • Supports Regional People, Organization and Culture teams with topics relating to local payroll and time systems.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project timelines and resources for regional SuccessFactors initiatives.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Supports the management of local risks and issues, providing timely solutions and updates to the Global HR Technology Team.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main liaison between the regional People, Organization and Culture teams and the Global HR Technology team.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update regional stakeholders on project status and drives SuccessFactors leading global practices.
  • Provide training and support to APAC’s People, Organization & Culture teams, ensuring effective use of SuccessFactors.

System Optimization:

  • Implement Global HR Technology standards and practices at the regional level.
  • Continuously monitor and assess system performance including local integrations and user satisfaction within the region.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within SuccessFactors.
  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc regional reports on HR metrics and KPIs for regional leadership.
  • Support data governance initiatives to maintain data integrity and security.

Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure regional compliance with global HR policies, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
  • Participates in regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential compliance issues.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years specifically in SAP SuccessFactors management.
  • Proven track record of leading rat least 1 regional SuccessFactors implementation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors administration and support.
  • Excellent project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with HR data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of integration techniques and tools for HR systems.
