Responsibilities:
- Performing routine and non-routine sampling at specific locations.
- Analyzing the composition of samples using the appropriate equipment.
- Data entry and reporting results to the process engineer.
- Notifying the person in charge if any equipment issues emerge during working hours.
- Assisting the supervisor and process engineer with equipment troubleshooting, sample point maintenance, and calibration, among other tasks.
- Performing routine housekeeping in the lab.
- Good writing and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
- Understanding of product specifications and standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
