Responsibilities:
- Responsible for merchant acquisition by direct approach and canvassing.
- Leading the merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiation and development of necessary sales techniques.
- Work closely with the merchants to ensure a successful and amazing onboarding experience.
- Point of contact and liaison for merchants, manage and respond to their queries.
- Maintain good relationships and value-add to your merchants to improve performance on the platform.
