Responsibilities
- Maintain customer account listing
- Handles AR reconciliation and ageing reports
- Update statement of account of corporate customers to the brands departments on a regular basis
- Handles month end closing AR journals
- Handles concessionaire sales billings and journals
- Follow up on AR collections with brands departments and departmental stores
- Review of daily bank statements for posting of sales receipts
- Work closely with ecommerce sales team on ecommerce sales reports, receipts and any reconciliation matters
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly balances' and ageing reports of related companies to management
- Preparation of AR collection schedules for cashflow planning purposes to management
- Any adhoc matters assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Candidate must possesses at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Reliable, meticulous, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good administration & interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
