Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Area Manager to oversee all issues (staff discipline, training, recruitment, etc)
- Staff rostering and ensure optimal productivity
- Train new team members, provide ongoing trainings for your team members
- Good leadership skills, coaching team members and perform staff appraisals
- Preform regular inspection according to SOP
- Ensure all team members understand all new upcoming promotions, etc
- Able to handle feedback, complaints, resolve issues from customers and/or enquiries
- Supervision and maintain the store cleanliness and environment
Management
- Efficient and timely submission in reports, inventory records, etc
- Responsible for all cash handling, stock levels/restock and administrative matters
- Maintain and update POS System
Working days: 5 work day week
Working locations: Islandwide
