JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the T&C Manager, the T&C Executive will support in managing the day-to-day operational work, in ensuring the T&C department functions smoothly and contributes to the success of the hotel’s people strategy in creating an engaging and endearing people experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to drive an engaging work environment by keeping good pulse on the grounds and engaging the Heartists actively at all levels.
- Manage the related administration tasks in the Heartists workcycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing and updating personal particulars to MOM etc.
- Coordinate with relevant department managers on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment, resignation/termination, etc. along with related administration
- Manage all leave, benefits and welfare related matters.
- Assist the T&C Manager in managing the monthly payroll cycle.
- Plan and organise monthly celebration and any other social activities.
- Assist on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies, procedures and documentation.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Participate & contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and/or Sustainability activities organised by the Hotel.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related HR experience
- Meticulous with good eye for details
- Good human relations and influencing skills
- Good communications (verbal and written), planning and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good time management skills
- Good proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Timesoft will be an advantage
