Project & Data Specialist
onsemi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project & Data Specialist to join the Central Engineering team. The incumbent plays a crucial role in supporting the team’s program management efforts and should be equipped with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Data Analyses and Project Management.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in program planning, execution, and monitoring
- Data collection and perform statistical analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Create and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Support Agile methodologies by tracking tasks, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for program stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline, or Diploma holder with 2 to 3 years of work experience in Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Access
- Proficiency in Dashboard/ data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Basic understanding of program management principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in English a must
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
