Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop new repairs on aero-engine components.
- Ensure compliance to OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
- Process improvements to improve process robustness and repair yield.
- New machine and process qualifications
- Provide guidance to the production team in repair development.
- Actively participate and support continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years’ experience in an aerospace repair and/or overhaul environment.
- Knowledge of repair processes is an advantage.
- Highly motivated professional.
