Job Scope:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and the project site, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Guarantee timely, within-budget completion of all project tasks, while maintaining adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a project administrator or in a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a huge added advantage.
