Key Account Manager
The primary role is to provide support for key clients of the business and execute sales responsibilities in building a customer base to achieve or exceed projected revenue. The Key account manager is required to meet client requirements in a timely manner.
Job Scope:
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage client requests on day-to-day basis and work closely with operations team to ensure smooth execution.
• Close communication with both internal and external stakeholders for good rapport and understanding of requirements.
• Establish good working relations with new and existing clients for potential businesses.
• Ensure deliverables are met on time with tasks ranging from RFP Participation, project
plans, events and single client queries.
• Identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Other duties may include sales quotation, preparation of agreement, costings and other
account servicing duties.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma holders
• Experience working in Transport/Hospitality/Events industry will be an advantage.
• Great communication skills in both written and spoken English
• A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organised and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and
deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Sales oriented
• Willing to attend to client queries after hours if required.
• Willing to travel overseas for work if required.
• Commission provided for Sales component
• Transport and Mobile Allowance provided
