Basic Responsibility: -
- Ensure emails received are timely attended to and properly tag;
- Keep relevant parties updated on the situation, if arise;
- Important information relating to the finalization of the fixtures are to be updated in a common file;
- Follow up on outstanding matters, reply/comments, and supporting documents;
- Provide brokerage advice and follow-up for payment as necessary;
- Any other job duties which may be allocated;
- Synergistic way of committed working approach towards a common shared goal with everyone in the team;
- Continuous pursue of knowledge and understanding of our counterparties’ requirements /expectations, and the changes of market trends/operational implications so as to provide value-added tasks given with a professional approach.
Requirements: -
- Good attitude, responsible, interpersonal relationship/communication;
- Diploma / Degree in Maritime related studies or related major;
- Candidates with basic shipping knowledge in international trades are also welcome as training will be provided.
Remuneration will be considered in accordance with individual portfolios.
