Job description:
· Prepare M & E co-ordinator drawing and M&E submissions
· Assist project manager to co-ordinate sub-contract works
· Review and align M&E design and project drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
· Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, sub0contractors, project team and ect on project progress
· Liaise with consultants to solve technical problems
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job requirements:
· Minimum diploma in Building M&E or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years relevant local experience
· Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
· Able to work independently
