Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about Human Resources, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Handle all the recruitment related process
  • Handle the internship recruit drive
  • Maintain the P-file and update the employee database accurately
  • Attend to employees' queries related to HR issues, HR software
  • Updating of internal and external training records of the employees
  • In charge of the work pass application
  • Assist in the company event planning such as Townhall, Annual Dinner & etc
  • General HR administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned, for example, participation in organizing recreation activities and other HR projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant experiences is needed
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment to work
  • Able to handle tight deadline
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
