Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Social Media Associate to conceptualize, film, and create compelling ad campaigns, social media content, and emailers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and a good understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work partly from home, and partly from office.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and execute creative concepts for ad campaigns.
· Plan, style, film and edit on-brand videos, images, graphics and other content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
· Prepare and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and message.
· Write and design email newsletters to engage and nurture the customer base.
· Assist and coordinate influencer outreach campaigns.
· Monitor and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
· Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team.
Job Requirements
· Experience in marketing, content creation and digital advertising.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom Classic, Premiere Pro, etc).
· Strong video production and editing skills.
· Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok), email marketing tools (Klaviyo) and analytics software (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
· Good command of written English.
· Knowledge of the jewelry industry is a plus.
