• Manage Executive’s calendars, including scheduling appointment, meetings, and conference calls, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails and correspondence, responding to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for Executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Attend meetings with Executives as needed, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by Executives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports as needed.
• Coordinate Executive events and functions, including scheduling logistics, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Executive expenses, including tracking receipts, preparing expense reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Handle document management (printing, binding, courier, copying and filing).
• Assist in composing replies for CEO’s review and approval as and when required.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies, to support the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Executive.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting Senior-Level Executive in a corporate environment.
- Immediate starter is a plus
