You will be joining an office of 70+ people, taking an integral role in our business, supporting our Talent Solution Contracting team with onboarding, off-boarding and providing ongoing support for our contract staff that are working with our clients.
Your role as a Contractor Experience Specialist
- Managed contracting desk onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Drafting and administration and compliance documents of contractors.
- Support contractors on any timesheet, leave or contract enquiries.
- Be the bridge of communication between the internal finance team and client on invoicing matters.
- Manage leave balances for contractors.
- Create and verify all the reference checks and background checks
- Apply for and manage the work pass process.
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks
What we are looking for
- Experience of applying for work passes, raising contracts for workers, managing leave balances and payroll queries for contractor
- Familiarity with relevant MOM regulations and procedures.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in verification processes .
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
