Job Scope:
- Manage and coordinate sea export shipments.
- Handle transactions, billing, and charge collection.
- Prepare payment vouchers, check vendor costs, close shipment files, and file documents.
- Create and manage export documents and customs declarations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain related studies
- Candidate with relevant 1- 2 years working experience
