Responsibilities:
- Please create a proforma invoice and sales contract.
- Verify that the customer's Letter of Credit (L/C) or TT has been received
- Review L/C clauses after being received from the bank, and any shipping, trucking, freight forwarding, and other documentation.
- Manage the full range of export paperwork and procedures, and ensure that shipments are scheduled according to received TTs or L/Cs and arrive on time.
- Update the server's export notification.
- Verify the ship/shipment date and send out an email with the specifics.
- Order processing: Before creating an invoice or delivery order, ensure all stock has been posted.
- Email the customer the commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Analysis, and Bill of Lading.
- Checking freight fee bills.
- Coordinating shipping plans with customers and freight forwarders.
- Any additional tasks that the supervisor assigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge in MS Office/ Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred.
