Additional Information:
- Diploma/ Degree holder from any disciplined
- Management Associate Programme to be groomed to be future leaders/ CEO
- Start off first year with Recruitment job scopes – mainly recruit for Financial Consultants/ Financial Advisors
- Thereafter, based on his/ her strengths, the candidate will be directed to take on other portfolio such as Product Development, Agency Management or even Compliance/ Risk
- Prefer someone with relevant working experience in Insurance/ FA firms/ Banks
- Street smart, highly result driven
