Job Description:
- Support day to day functions in HR division and facilitate in overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies as well coordinating the recruitment process.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Work closely with internal departments in manpower planning, budgeting as well employees’ training & development programs to support business growth.
- Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.
- Manage all work pass applications and quota administration.
Job Requirement:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- With Human Resources experience in HR generalist or Business Partner role preferred
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
- Sound knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR practices
