Job Description
- To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied
- Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion
- Oversees daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement
- Project site management and coordination
- Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes and status report
- · Designing, developing, and maintaining a sustainable financial platform that integrates ESG principles into financial operations.
· Collaborating with various teams, including investment, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance, to integrate ESG factors into financial products, investment strategies, and decision-making processes.
· Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the organization's commitment to sustainable finance practices and gather feedback on sustainability initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and reporting standards related to sustainable finance. This includes staying updated on evolving regulations and industry best practices to maintain alignment with sustainability guidelines
opportunities for sustainable investments or risk mitigation strategies.
· Providing training and educational resources to internal teams to enhance their understanding of sustainable finance principles and practices.
· Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sustainable finance initiatives, measuring impact on financial performance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
· Taking action to maintain project schedule, budget and quality
· Reporting progress to senior managers/ CEO
· Negotiating materials and services with contractors and suppliers
· Planning and monitoring each stage of the project
· Agreeing timescales, costs, and resources
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/ Postgraduate qualification / Master’s Degree in Finance/ Business Management/ Accounting or related field.
· 10+ years experience in aProject Mangaer/Bussiness Devlopment Manager/ Operation Manager role
· Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
· Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps · In-depth understanding of project management principles
Ability to manage risk, and encourage strategic risk management-based delivery in others to manage expectations and communicate effectively
· Must be well-versed in being able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results
· Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence. · Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams
· Risk analysis and project management skills are required · Proven track record of successful project/ business management
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget
