Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
Assemble and dismantle existing CNC machines for maintenance or relocation.
Conduct preventative maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Train and support operators on proper machine use and maintenance procedures.
Stay updated with the latest CNC technology and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, assembly, and dismantling.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
